Local pick-up: Save time and shipping costs with with local pick up for local online sales at Windermere Market, the corner store at Adanac & Windermere (799 Windermere) in Vancouver. When ordering your ornament online, select “in-store pick-up.” Once I've packaged and delivered your ornament to the corner store, you'll get an email notifying you that it's “ready for pickup.” Please be sure to check the store hours and bring your receipt.

U.S. buyers: Visit my Etsy shop. Etsy can negotiate better postage rates (with more options) to the United States. But be aware that only Tracked Packets or Expedited Post provide tracking.

Once I package and process your ornament order, I ship using Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Canada Post says local parcels arrive in up to 2 days, regional in up to 5 days and national in up to 9 days in Canada. For the continental U.S.A. they are estimating delivery in 7 to 8 days from the shipping date. Of course, with added volume as it gets closer to Christmas, it may take longer. You'll get an email notification, with a tracking code, when the ornament ships.

You will get an automated email notification that says they are ready for pickup. This email comes AFTER the confirmation of purchase. Please wait for the second email. If you have not received the second email within 3 days, please check your junk mail first then contact me.

I dreamt and designed each of these ornaments from photos of landmarks, floral and fauna, and had them produced overseas, where they are 100% handmade and painted.  On some designs, I personally paint details and do embellishments.

Yes, I have a licensing agreement with The City of Vancouver to use the East Van cross design from the Monument to East Vancouver by artist Ken Lum as one of my ornament designs. The City of Vancouver holds the copyright to this particular rendition of the East Van cross. However, I have retired this ornament design and am NOT selling it anymore.
