Orders of $100 or more automatically get free shipping in Canada.
Local pick-up: Save time and shipping costs with with local pick up for local online sales at Windermere Market, the corner store at Adanac & Windermere (799 Windermere) in Vancouver. When ordering your ornament online, select “in-store pick-up.” Once I've packaged and delivered your ornament to the corner store, you'll get an email notifying you that it's “ready for pickup.” Please pickup your ornaments within 7 days of purchase, between noon and 7 p.m. and bring your receipt.
No Shipping to the United States: Due to insurance policies and U.S. tariffs, I no longer ship to the United States. As of October 1, 2025, no sales from U.S. credit cards will be completed. All such orders will be cancelled.

Once I package and process your ornament order, I ship using a courier or Canada Post Expedited Parcel.
Canada Post says local parcels arrive in up to 2 days, regional in up to 5 days and national in up to 9 days in Canada.
Of course, with added volume as it gets closer to Christmas, it may take longer. You'll get an email notification, with a tracking code, when your order ships. Please check the link for the status of your delivery. If your package does not arrive in a timely fashion, please contact me.

You will get an automated email notification that says they are ready for pickup. This email comes AFTER the confirmation of purchase. Please wait for the second email. If you have not received the second email within 3 days, please check your junk mail first then contact me.
Note: When you email me, please provide the purchaser’s name and order number.

Depending on the ornament, I may or may not restock. I will NOT be restocking the East Van Cross, and have retired Science World and the Northwestern Crow and anticipate retiring the Pacific Dogwood when it sells out. For all others, please sign up on the wait list with each individual ornament. If/when more are available, you will get an email letting you know they are back on the shelf.

I dreamt and designed each of these ornaments from photos of landmarks, floral and fauna. I draw the designs on paper or on computer, providing the specs for size, colours, finishes and embellishments. Since there is nowhere in Canada where I can produce the steel molds into which the glass is blown, I have them produced overseas, where they are 100% handblown and painted. On some designs, I personally paint details and add embellishments. My main production partner is located in China.

Yes, I have a licensing agreement with The City of Vancouver to use the East Van cross design from the Monument to East Vancouver by artist Ken Lum as one of my ornament designs. The City of Vancouver holds the copyright to this particular rendition of the East Van cross. However, I have retired this ornament design and am NOT selling it anymore.
