Shipping Methods
Ornaments are carefully wrapped, individually gift-boxed and then double-boxed to ensure safe delivery.
All ornaments, except those designated for local pick-up in store, are shipped by courier or Canada Post Expedited Parcel.
The following shipping rates are for one ornament:
CANADA
Vancouver: $12 + $2 per item
BC: $15 flat rate + $2 per item
Prairies: $20 flat rate + $2 per item
Eastern Canada, Maritimes, Northern Canada: $24 flat rate + $2 per item

UPDATE: No U.S. shipping
Due to U.S. tariffs, I no longer offer shipping to the United States. As of October 1, 2025, I will not accept payments from U.S.-issued credit cards. All such orders will be cancelled.
Returns
I hope you're thrilled with your purchase from Vancouver Christmas Ornaments. If not, contact me and return your purchase within 14 days or before Christmas (whichever comes first) for a refund of your purchase. Please be sure to use the original packaging so it arrives back safely.
