This Terms and Conditions document governs the use of the Vancouver Christmas Ornaments Web Store Service (website). This Agreement can be accessed at any time from the footer of any page of the website. By using the website, you are accepting the following terms and conditions.

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    When you access this website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms described below. If you do not agree to the terms outlined here, you should exit the website and refrain from placing any order.

  2. Contract, Payment and Delivery
    Orders will be accepted by Vancouver Christmas Ornaments for delivery in Canada, the United States and select countries internationally. Payment is to be made in Canadian currency. Any contract arising from this site is governed by the laws of Canada.

  3. Product Availability
    Products may be added to or removed from the website from time to time. While I do not accept liability for any loss arising, every effort will be made to keep the information up to date and accurate.

  4. Pricing
    All prices in the shopping areas are in Canadian dollars (Cdn$). Taxes and shipping charges are added later at the checkout area and payment section of the online shop. International shoppers in some countries may be charged additional fees by their banks. Prices may increase or decrease from time to time. Prices shown at the time of purchase are the prices you will pay.  

  5. Purchasing
    Products displayed on the Vancouver Christmas Ornaments shopping website can be purchased using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal or Apple Pay. I will not accept cheques or cash as a method of payment or on delivery. PayPal, Apple Pay and Stripe are my e-commerce solutions, providing you secure transaction processing. Your transaction and credit card details are not entered or recorded on my website; you will be seamlessly transferred to PayPal, Apple Pay or Stripe's encrypted secure service to enter your credit card details for processing. Once I receive confirmation that your transaction has been approved, I will then process your order and ship your goods.

  6. Payment
    Vancouver Christmas Ornaments is powered by SquareSpace, whose payment partners are PayPal, Apple Pay and Stripe;  neither Vancouver Christmas Ornaments nor SquareSpace collect or store any credit card information. This information is all processed by Paypal, Apple Pay or Stripe. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by your payment provider of choice to enter your payment details.

  7. Security
    Through SquareSpace, I use secure payment solutions from Paypal, Apple Pay and Stripe to process online orders in an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) environment. These providers are committed to protecting the security of your data. Visit PayPalStripe and Apple Pay for more information.

  8. Delivery
    I ship all my online orders by Canada Post and endeavour to despatch within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). Delivery charges will be added to each order and shown as a separate item before you chose to enter your payment details and send the order to be processed. See my Shipping and Returns page for more information. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact me. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of order, as tracking beyond this time is not practical. I am not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.

  9. Title and Risk
    Goods are at my risk until delivered to the address given for your purchase.

  10. Refunds & Returns Policy
    I hope you're thrilled with your Vancouver Christmas Ornament. But if not, you may return it within 14 days of delivery or before Chirstmas, whichever comes first. You will be refunded for the cost of the ornament and shipping. If you discover any defect in your ornament or if it is broken during shipping, you may request replacement within 10 days of receipt of delivery. Please contact me by email and I'll let you know how to proceed. When replacements are not available I may, at my discretion, provide a complete refund. I will notify you via e-mail of the status of the replacement or refund once I've received the returned ornament and processed the refund. You can expect any refund(s) in the same form of payment originally used for purchase after I have received your return.

  11. Use of the Web Store Service by You
    Your right to use the Web Store Service is personal to you. You may not authorise others to use the Service, and you are responsible for all of your own use of the Web Store Service. You may not download, modify, transmit, or otherwise use any material from the Web Store Service for public or commercial purposes without expressed written consent.
